Notice:
(1) All accepted full papers should be presented at the conference. Therefore, at least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference at full rate, and present the paper.(2) The cameral ready paper (full paper) should be within 6 pages under format, extra pages will be charged 70USD/per page, maximum 4 extra pages are accepted.
(3) After receiving the acceptance notification from ICCCI conference email conf_iccci@yeah.net, you can finish the registration as guided.
(4) Registration is required in advance. If you wish to participate, please register before deadline.
(5) The early bird registration fee is only available to delegates who submit their registration information and payment within the specified time, and is not directly related to the manuscript submission time.
(6) Take care of your belongings during the conference. The conference is NOT responsible for your belongings at all times.
(7) Accommodation is not included in registration fee. Delegates should make reservation by themselves.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registrants who are unable to attend the event may arrange for a substitute participant, subject to the registrar's approval. Substitutions are permitted only for co-authors or individuals affiliated with the same institution/organization as the original registrant.All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretary at conf_iccci@yeah.net. The following refund schedule applies based on the date of receipt of the cancellation request:
- 90+ days before the event – A flat administrative fee of 30 USD will be deducted from the refund.
- 89–60 days before the event – A cancellation charge of 30% of the registration fee will apply.
- 59–30 days before the event – A cancellation charge of 50% of the registration fee will apply.
- 29–0 days before the event – No refund will be issued.
No Show
In the event that a registered author fails to deliver the scheduled presentation without prior notice, the full registration fee (including applicable taxes) remains non-refundable and must be paid in full.
Personal Reason
The conference organizers shall not be held liable for any refund or compensation arising from a participant's inability to attend due to personal reasons, including but not limited to travel disruptions, visa denials, medical emergencies, financial constraints, or other individual contingencies.
Force Majeure
The conference organizers assume no responsibility for refunds, compensation, or other liabilities should the conference be postponed, modified, or canceled in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. Such force majeure events include, but are not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other severe weather conditions; explosions, property damage, or criminal acts; riots, civil unrest, or industrial disputes; natural or nuclear disasters; war, armed conflict, or threats thereof; terrorist activities (actual or threatened); epidemics, pandemics, or other public health emergencies; and any other unforeseeable events that could not be prevented with due diligence.
Changes to Conference Date or Venue
The organizing committee reserves the right to alter the conference date and/or venue in the event of force majeure or other compelling circumstances. In such cases, registered participants are expected to cooperate with the organizers and abide by the applicable change and refund policies as determined by the committee.
